IS Decisions, based in Biarritz on the Basque coast, is a software publisher specializing in cybersecurity solutions to protect access to networks, data, and the cloud.

With 93% of our turnover from exports, more than 3,000 customers in 144 countries rely on IS Decisions software, including the FBI, US Department of Justice, Barclays Bank, South Wales Police, and Teleperformance.

In support of our fast and steady growth, we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales "Business Development Manager" to reinforce our Sales Team and grow our footprint across the world.


The role will focus on remote prospection, pipe creation, forecasting & pipe closing mainly through social networking & cold calling. The role will report to the Sales Manager.

To be seriously considered for this role, we expect the following:

  • Fluent in English & French
  • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales (in IT preferred)
  • Territory planning experience
  • A consultative and solution/value selling approach (creativity and autonomy are essential)
  • Able to demonstrate strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A humble, open-minded, and curious individual with strong research skills
  • Solid reporting skills (structured & synoptic mind)
  • A good track record and references are required


The Sales Team is responsible for direct and channel sales of all IS Decisions solutions.

The sales team educates prospective customers on the proper use and advantages of IS Decisions solutions, to secure commitments of approval, and ensure a successful product implementation.

As Business Development Manager, you will:

  1. Prospect, identify, plan, qualify, forecast, and accelerate the sales pipeline (almost from scratch) until closing!
  2. Leverage industry trends to determine prospects’ and customers’ pain points (while considering their respective needs & work environments)
  3. Design and leverage the best Go To Market strategy (leveraging the most suitable partners when needed) to reach out to the right technical & business decision-makers.
  4. Collaborate effectively with the Support & Product Teams to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to provide greater value to customers.
  5. Effectively update in a consistent manner our CRM tool to provide clear visibility to Management.
  6. Build & share success stories & best practices.


1st year OTE up to 64K euros, depending on experience.
